So the official visit of case is over- and here are my first impressions. The facilities I toured were very nice- got to see a fairly new circuits lab and their virtual worlds lab, which is basically a geekgasm. The campus was pretty good too, though it’s kinda spread out for how big it is- not very compact. The campus is urban in every sense of the word, and both positives and negatives come with that. Overall, I’d say that I’ve been convinced it’d be a good place to learn… what I haven’t decided is if it’d be a good place to live while doing so.
